Matthew Hall, CEO: Matt founded Human Care Systems in 2008 as a spin-out of the Kerdan Group, a biopharma consulting firm. Matt co-founded Kerdan in 2001 (www.kerdan.com). Prior to Kerdan, Matt ran several healthcare related businesses, worked in venture capital and was a consultant at Bain & Company. Matt has lived and worked in Europe, Japan, South Africa, and South Korea. Matt has a BA from Williams College.

Elizabeth Gass Seigler, COO: Elizabeth began her career as a relationship manager at the Kerdan Group, a biopharma consulting firm and sister company of Human Care Systems. Liz returns to HCS after working in Portfolio Strategy at Genentech and as a Consultant at Bain & Company. Elizabeth has an MBA from the Stanford Graduate School of Business and a BA in Economics from Harvard University.

Thom Doyle, Head of Solution Development: Thom oversees all solution development at HCS, with a particular focus on how HCS solutions can be studied to show clinical value. Prior to HCS, Thom was a Partner in the Kerdan Group, a life sciences consulting firm focused on drug development strategy. At Kerdan, Thom helped biotech and pharmaceutical clients with drug development strategies in diabetes, cardiovascular, ophthalmology, oncology, CNS, and inflammatory diseases. Thom previously worked for Monitor Company in the US and Europe. He holds degrees in Chemical Engineering and Economics from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.

Amy Pettit, PhD.: Amy is a licensed psychologist and health services researcher with specialty training in health psychology. Her expertise includes helping individuals and families adhere to treatment and cope with medical conditions. She has a PhD from American University and a BA from Georgetown University and completed fellowships at the Yale School of Medicine and Joslin Diabetes Center/Harvard Medical School.

Benjamin Johnson, Head of Technology: Ben brings extensive experience leading the development of technologies for a range of financial services and healthcare systems, including clinical trial management and adverse event reporting systems. Ben holds degrees in Computer Science and Germanics from the University of Massachusetts.

Anna Musselman, Head of Project Management: Anna joined HCS after leading development teams in a variety of technology and consumer applications. Anna is a graduate of Minnesota State University of Moorhead.
